1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Over50sDatingSites is an adult dating service for folks 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18, legally able to enter a binding contract where you live, and not listed on any U.S. registry of sex offenders. If we discover otherwise, we will remove your account and may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

You also agree to provide truthful information about yourself - your age, your location, your marital status, and whether your photos show you as you look today. The whole site runs on trust. Folks who lie about the basics get removed without refund.

2. Account Rules and Conduct

Your account is for you and you alone. You may not share your login with anyone else, and you are responsible for keeping your password private. If someone accesses your account because you shared your password, that's on you - not on us.

One person gets one account. Creating duplicate profiles, using fake photos, or pretending to be someone you're not is grounds for immediate removal. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, email our support team and we'll lock it within one business day.

You keep ownership of the photos and words you post, but you grant us a limited license to display them on the site to other members while your account is active. When you delete your account, that license ends and your content comes down.

3. Subscription Terms

A free account lets you build a profile, upload photos, and browse every member. If you want to send and receive messages, you can purchase a Premium membership. We offer three plans:

Prices shown on the site at the time of purchase are the prices you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards. All charges are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may apply depending on your state.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account page - it takes two clicks, and you'll keep premium access through the end of your paid term. No phone calls, no hoops, no guilt-trip retention screens.

One practical note: banks often prepare payment files about three working days before a renewal date. If you want to avoid the next charge, cancel at least three days before your renewal date to make sure the instruction reaches your bank in time. Cancel after that window and the renewal may still process - you'll keep premium access for the new term, but we can't pull it back.

If you forget and a renewal processes that you didn't want, email us within 7 days at [email protected]. We look at every case individually (see the Refunds section below).

5. Refunds

Because digital membership benefits are delivered immediately on purchase, premium fees are generally non-refundable once the term has begun. That said, we're reasonable folks:

• Accidental renewal: If a plan auto-renewed and you haven't used any premium feature in the new term, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a refund for the new term.
• Duplicate charge: Billing errors are refunded in full, always.
• Account termination by us for your breach: No refund - you agreed to the rules when you signed up.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To keep Over50sDatingSites a place where real country singles feel safe, the following are not allowed:

• Harassing, threatening, or demeaning other members
• Posting nude, sexually explicit, or violent content
• Soliciting money, gifts, or investments from other members (this is the biggest scam pattern we see)
• Using the site for commercial promotion, spam, or recruiting
• Scraping, data mining, or accessing the site by automated means
• Uploading photos you do not own or have permission to use
• Creating a profile for anyone other than yourself

Violations get reviewed by a real person and usually end in account removal. Serious matters - threats, fraud, or anything involving minors - get reported to law enforcement. Our safety tips page covers how to spot and report trouble.

7. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to verify profiles and remove bad actors, but we are a dating platform, not a background-check service. You are responsible for your own decisions about who to meet, where to meet, and what to share. We strongly recommend a video chat before any in-person meeting and a first date in a public place.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Over50sDatingSites and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site - including harm caused by another member. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that you will find a match, a spouse, or a first date. We just promise to keep the lights on, the profiles real, and the terms honest.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be worked out between us goes to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association - except that either party can still bring a small-claims court action where permitted.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still apply. We may update these terms from time to time; we'll post the new version here and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes get emailed to active members at least 14 days before they take effect.
